SUPERVISION & EMDR CONSULTANCY

I offer tailored EMDR supervision for individuals, groups and organisations, supporting you in developing your skills and working toward EMDR Accreditation. As an accredited EMDR Consultant for Adults and Children & Adolescents, Family Therapist, Integrative Supervisor and EMDR Training Facilitator, I draw on systemic, attachment-focused and trauma-informed approaches to help you explore clinical work from multiple perspectives.

My supervision is grounded in anti-oppressive practice, cultural humility and awareness of intersectionality. I recognise how clients’ identities and lived experiences shape their therapeutic needs, and I support supervisees in responding to these dynamics with sensitivity and confidence. I also actively acknowledge my own positionality as a white, cis, female Irish practitioner and reflect on how this lens influences my perceptions, interactions and supervisory process.

I provide a safe, inclusive and collaborative supervisory space that values reflection, curiosity and growth. Through collaborative exploration, you will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to offer effective, respectful and trauma-informed care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Through supervision, you will:

  • Work toward EMDR Practitioner and/or Consultant Accreditation in both Adult and Child & Adolescent practice.

  • Deepen your EMDR skills and clinical competency across a wide range of presentations and across the lifespan.

  • Engage in reflective practice that prioritises your professional development, wellbeing and sustainable therapeutic work.

  • Observe relational dynamics, navigate conflict with compassion and foster collaborative, culturally attuned curiosity.

  • Expand your therapeutic toolkit, enhance creativity in your interventions and refine existing skills.

  • Learn within a group that embraces diverse perspectives, backgrounds and lived experiences.

  • Benefit from multiple lenses and rich, varied clinical formulations that challenge dominant narratives and broaden understanding.

  • Explore how identity, diversity, power and difference- both your own and your clients’, shape clinical work.

  • Receive support and guidance to practise safely, ethically and responsively as a clinician and/or clinical supervisor within an anti-oppressive and decolonising framework.
